Dr. Julia Davis, DPT
Julia has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and orthopedic physical therapy and is passionate about helping patients move confidently, recover fully, and return to the activities they love. Originally from Michigan, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Oakland University. Over the past several years, Julia has worked as a travel physical therapist in outpatient orthopedic clinics across the country, gaining experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in diverse patient populations.
Julia enjoys working with active adults, youth athletes, and older adults striving to maintain mobility, independence, and an active lifestyle. She has experience treating a broad range of orthopedic injuries and post-operative conditions, including total joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, overuse injuries, and spine-related pain. She is especially passionate about helping patients return to meaningful activities — whether that means competing in sports, staying active outdoors, returning to work, or simply moving through everyday life with greater ease and less pain.
Her treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based, one-on-one care that is individualized, goal-oriented, and highly collaborative. Julia believes strong patient relationships, education, and personalized treatment plans are key to achieving lasting results. She emphasizes hands-on care, movement-based rehabilitation, and empowering patients throughout every stage of recovery. Her clinical background includes advanced training in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy through Owens Recovery Science, HawkGrips IASTM, and functional movement-based rehabilitation techniques.
Patients appreciate Julia’s warm, encouraging personality and her ability to create a supportive environment where they feel heard, motivated, and confident throughout the rehabilitation process.
Outside the clinic, Julia enjoys hiking, golfing, paddleboarding, camping, reading, trying new restaurants, traveling, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. After years of travel PT, she is excited to establish roots in Washington and continue embracing the region’s endless opportunities for adventure, movement, and connection.
