Dr. Kinsey Winter, PT, DPT, CDNS, COMT, CSCS
Born and raised in Redmond, I began my career as a dancer, earning a BFA in Dance from Belhaven University in 2019. A career-ending injury led me to physical therapy, where I found my passion for helping others move and perform at their best. I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Regis University in 2024 and bring the same dedication and discipline from my dance background into my practice.
I specialize in working with performing artists, individuals with hypermobility, and athletes of all levels. My approach is collaborative—helping patients set meaningful goals, build resilience, and celebrate progress.
Outside the clinic, I dance with the Radost Folk Ensemble, mountain bike, read, craft, plan Disney trips, and enjoy adventures with my husband and dog.
