Dr. Lorrainne Dizon, DPT

Lorrainne earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hawaii Pacific University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Hawaiʻi. She is committed to continually improving as a clinician and is currently pursuing an orthopedic residency while working toward board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).

Lorrainne has a strong clinical interest in orthopedic conditions and spinal injuries, and she draws on her own athletic background to help patients optimize performance and return to the activities they enjoy. She particularly enjoys working with powerlifters and martial artists.

Lorrainne’s clinical philosophy is that “everyone is training for something.” Whether it’s an Olympic athlete striving for peak performance or someone who enjoys tending their garden, everyone has goals that matter to them. She believes the key to successful rehabilitation is identifying what is meaningful to each individual and helping them stay active and engaged in the activities they love for as long as possible.

Outside the clinic, Lorrainne enjoys staying active through weight training, walking, and training Muay Thai. She also enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her partner and their two cats.
