I had an absolutely amazing experience at Seattle’s Elite Physical Therapy with Dr. Alex Zigmont. I can’t recommend the practice and Alex highly enough.

Alex is truly incredible at what she does. She always pushed me to my appropriate limit but never beyond it, and she continued to tailor my treatment in personal, thoughtful ways. She was also incredibly mindful of both my physical and emotional comfort and never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable when I needed to pivot to a different strategy or had an anxious moment. Alex is also very personable and friendly, and it was truly a joy to work with her. Her patience, knowledge, creative problem solving, and skill helped me recover confidently and on my own timeline.

While I didn’t work closely with the rest of the folks at Seattle’s Elite Physical Therapy, they were always kind and encouraging during my visits. The atmosphere of the practice itself is very comfortable and open. It’s clean and professional but also has a warmth to it, unlike some places that can feel cold & clinical. If you’re looking into working with Alex or Seattle’s Elite, you’ll be in wonderful hands!

Ashley has treated me over several years for broken bones, pre and post surgery and muscular issues. She is great at explaining the treatment plan, exercises, body mechanics and proving hands on physical therapy. I highly recommend Ashley for her expertise and professionalism.
