I first heard of Seattle’s Elite Physical Therapy when people I respect told me how helpful these therapists had been for them. And then I broke my kneecap. Results of the fracture and the treatment (immobilization) were that my knee still hurt and my muscles had turned to jelly. I entered the PT clinic with my walker and brace and my orthopedic doctor’s referral, and met therapist Dr. Corinne Lizzio, who said she would help me. And she changed my life! She looked so young, but was so professional. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her ability to assess my situation and create a strategy tailored to my situation and needs, plus her encouragement that I would indeed be walking again and even going up and down stairs again, those things plus her kindness, all worked together. And now I am back to my power walks, which I love. I still need to do my exercises, and I love the video she gave me that keeps me doing them. These therapists are terrific and make a real difference, and I thank them.

I'm not as young & flexible as I used to be, so my injuries need the best care possible. Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy is where you can get the most thoughtful, and reliable care. Sam Ho was my physical therapist for the both times I injured myself.

In the span of two years, I injured myself in my shoulder region; and then twisted one of my ankles. On both occasions, I was treated by Sam Ho. With Sam's help, I was able to recover quickly with a combination of treatment/therapeutic techniques at their clinic and an at-home care plan that was done at my own pace. Sam is professional, compassionate, highly-skilled, and trustworthy therapist. He quickly identified what the root cause and areas of focus for my injuries. I always appreciate the way he explains in layman's terms of 1) what's really going on with my body; 2) why I'm feeling pain with certain movements; and 3) what we need to work on in order minimize the pain and put me on that road to a healthy recovery.

I highly recommend Sam Ho if you're looking for a PT guy. Since I'm so prone to injury, I can trust Sam to help heal me and get me back to full mobility. Sam has my gratitude for helping to reset these old bones of mine.

I worked directly with Sam Ho on two different issues I was having over the course of several years. First was a stiff neck and back from my desk job and the second was after I had been more active into weightlifting and climbing where I had to deal with my muscles and tendons adapting to more intense exercise and frequency. Both times he worked with me to come up with an individualized treatment plan and exercise routine for my goals and current abilities.

Our sessions flew by and were sufficiently challenging for me where I was being pushed to get stronger instead of simply going through the motions of the exercises. Sam is very precise with isolating problem muscles and areas of mobility. He proactively addressed these areas meticulously and thoughtfully to meet my recovery and ongoing fitness goals.

I can’t recommend Sam enough. If you’re in the market for a skilled PT, I’m sure he can help you with your rehabilitation. Great guy, easy to talk to, and very highly skilled!
